Roommate Needed for April 1st or 15th
Hi everyone!
Looking for someone for a small unfurnished room in a three-bedroom apartment. The rest of the apartment is completely furnished. Feel free to always bring more plants!
Your roommates would be two lovely ladies, one who is late 20s who works for a family, and the other an artist in her late-30s. We're looking for someone positive, who doesn't bring back guests all the time, is clean, and enjoys their peace and quiet. If you are okay with that, can pick up the occasional roll of toilet paper, and help clean shared spaces, that would also be wonderful.
The apartment is a few blocks from the 4/5/6, Duane Reade, a couple of grocery stores, laundromats, several crosstown bus lines (including the M60 on 125th, which is a couple of stops away from really great restaurants on Lenox, Columbia University, Planet Fitness, Blink etc, Whole Foods), and is not too far from Central Park North.
Non-smoking apartment, and no pets.
$875 per month, $1750 to move in (first month and deposit). Utilities included (High speed wifi, electric).
If you're interested, email me a little about yourself and we'll chat to set up a viewing!
