I need a roommate to take over the lease starting April 1st in the industrial neighborhood of Maspeth. It’s a quiet place if you appreciate that. 2nd floor walk up.

Washer/dryer in unit with a roommate who will probably cook for you sometimes, (that’s me). Central air also in unit however we have to be careful because we have to pay for that. But the apartment is well insulated, so the AC doesn’t need to stay on constantly. Wifi is only 25/month, plus utilities based on consumption.

Ideal roommate doesn’t have any cookware because I already have all of that, and takes their shoes off when they come in. Space is immaculate in terms of cleanliness but that’s just in comparison to most apartments. Yes you can use my stuff to cook.

Room is east-facing (morning sun and warmth) and faces the backyard so it’s generally pretty quiet. Q59 will take you to Williamsburg and the G / L lines in about 15-20 minutes. Q57 to the Flushing Ave. J stop in about 25 minutes. Bushwick and Ridgewood within walking distance (if you’re into that) and you would be close to Calvary Cemetery (an underrated gem).

Our rooms are far apart from each other, so we we will have some privacy
