Unfurnished Room for Rent

Good Morning Ladies!

My name is Rei. I'm a 25 year old professional with two dogs.

I'm looking for a roommate to occupy my spare bedroom. It comes with your own full bath and closet. I am also including a TV with a fire stick if you'd like it for your space. It is unfurnished. Would prefer a female roommate, but flexible.

The property is a spacious townhouse! I do have a small back yard. Everything else in the house is furnished. You're welcome to use the cookware, laundry room, any mutual area things etc.

I'm looking for someone 24-35 (single, no couples) preferably no pets (one dog possibly if it's okay with my dogs), and career focused. No smoking in the house (vaping is fine).

Id prefer someone who isn't going to bring over men frequently and is clean. Obviously everyone gets a little untidy sometimes!

I spend the majority of my time at work, if I'm not, I'm usually in my bedroom or working in my creative space.

Rent $850/month Wi-Fi/water sewer trash included, utilities split.

The bedroom can fit a queen size bed comfortably with dresser and nightstands :)
