Looking for lease takeover Rent-$985

Hi im looking for someone to take over my lease as soon as possible and who would like to move in as early as March 15th! Unfortunately I have to move back home for some family issues im dealing with. Rent is $985 for a private room and private bathroom, not including utitlities (which is split between you and the other three roomates) , parking ($20 monthly), or wifi ($25). They are pet friendly with a pet deposit of $250 as well as a security deposit of $250 as well. It is located near sac state and the lightrail station as well as the east sacramento area. Some amenities include an in unit washer and dryer, the place is already fully furnished, a 24 hour gym, pool, study and game room, ect. if you are interested ive linked the website to the apartment so that you can go ahead and take a look at it
