Bright Room in Bushwick

This cozy space belongs to a building that’s been completely renovated. All the appliances are new, the windows are nice and bright, and both rooms can fit a queen sized bed. Each room has a large closet, its own AC/Heating unit, and south facing window away from street traffic.

Common areas are inviting and fully furnished. There is a dishwasher in unit and upcoming laundry facilities in building. There is also access to the J, Z, L and C trains nearby. Street parking is also not hard to find.

We’re calm, friendly and enjoy alone time as much as having a nice chat. Looking for someone chill, cooperative, and considerate of an easy food allergy. I also have a sweet and quiet pup named Mel. Friendly pets are welcome. We divide the utilities three ways and my partner and I were able to reduce the rent of the room available. Had a great relationship with current roommate but unfortunately she’s leaving the country.
