Hello there , I saw your listing for a room to rent and thought I should contact you. I am offering two different approaches to renting a room in this beautiful house in Torrey Hills, adjacent to La Jolla and Del Mar.

Choice # 1
Private room with private bath for rent, $1495, (includes a large bonus closet just across the hall) in a gorgeous, large home in Torrey Hills.,

Choice # 2
Two private rooms with bath for $2700 ($300 per mo. discount) in the same house as Choice # 1. This two-room approach would be suitable if you have a friend who might entertain the idea of teaming up with you to rent two private rooms, with private bath, at a substantial cost savings over renting the rooms separately.

You can either use the two rooms as bedrooms, or get creative with this highly versatile offering of private rooms. The possibilities and combinations are endless, e. g. bedroom(s), office, den, study, library, sewing room, guest room, meditation or yoga space etc.

The rooms mentioned in both choices are only a part of this beautiful, comfortably large, 4 bedroom, 3 bath, plus large loft, house in Torrey Hills, and include access/use of the large living room with soaring ceilings, as well as the family room, with nice fireplace, the dining room, and a separate breakfast area, as well as the really large, very well equipped, gourmet kitchen.

The house is in the perfect central location, adjacent to La Jolla and Del Mar, to get almost anywhere in San Diego in a matter of minutes. Extremely convenient location with great freeway access to Interstate 5, Interstate 805, (3-minutes) as well as State Routes 52 and 56 (6 minutes).

Tons of great restaurants and endless shopping within minutes as well. House is located in the peaceful, safe and friendly neighborhood of Torrey Hills, adjacent to Del Mar and La Jolla, and there is plenty of parking in the driveway and immediately adjacent on the street. Beautiful grassy, private, huge backyard with lush planting and a barbecue.

Your housemate is a worldly, well-traveled, well educated, intelligent, and open-minded individual. I work from home a lot of the time, but my office is well apart from most of the house. I’m looking for an easy going, established, honest and straight-forward housemate who enjoys the finer things in life, and pays their bills on time.
