Hi there! I'm renting out rooms in my spacious home. You will stay near Culebra between 410 and 1604 (close to Westover Hills), in a fantastic area. The house has two 400 sqft living rooms, a big kitchen, and a backyard with a large covered patio. Upstairs has its own bathroom with two sinks and a double sized shower. Kitchen and living space is furnished. First month's rent and $200 security deposit are due on/before move-in, and utilities are included which includes laundry, water, personal AC and high speed internet!

I am professionally a mechanical engineer, I work alot!

My ideal roommate: A professional or a student that could benefit from a low, flexible rent in a shared house. Respectful, courteous, with a steady income (must provide proof of income). No pets please! Must have a clean background as I do background checks ($43).
