Hello. This a two bedroom, 1 1/2 bathrooms townhome, near the west end of fourth-plain. . This home has a garage, both front and back yard that is fenced. Asking for $900 for the room, and utilities would be split 50/50. Open to couples, but would ask for $1150 instead of $900. The house has large bedrooms with ample closet space, no shared walls with roommate. House is 420 and vape friendly, tobacco outside only.
