Room for rent in 4 bedroom home. $1000 monthly, flat rate, no additional charges so long as utility use remains reasonable. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required to move in. Rental term is month to month, no lease.

Current renters are thirty-ish range. I live in the home (owner) and I take care of cleaning, dishes, trash, and pay to restock shared supplies like paper towels etc. This is the easiest place to live, as I am highly invested in maintaining the home for the long term, and equally caring when it comes to tenant's needs.

Each room has a ductless mini-split air conditioner/heater. Wifi 2.4Ghz at 150Mbps, 5Ghz, at 300Mbps. Shared bathroom. Spacious kitchen with two refrigerators and plenty of food storage. New dishwasher. Washer and Dryer indoors. There is always street parking right out front, it's a quiet neighborhood. There are no pets in the house. There is no smoking or vaping in the house.
