You will have access to the washer/dryer and all appliances in the kitchen, along with the shared spaces (living room, family room, dining room, backyard). Our house is located in a quiet gated community 5 minutes from The Anaheim Packing District and 10 minutes from Disneyland (you can hear the fireworks), with quick access to the 5 and 91 freeways. We're down the street from Vons and the Center Street Anaheim Promenade, with Costco and Amazon Fresh nearby. We're inside a safe community with plenty of parking spots in front of our house and around the neighborhood.
