Located in a quiet, safe townhome complex in the heart of south San Jose with a nice and friendly neighborhood community. You will be using the room next to the kitchen on the second floor, and there are 2 rooms on the 3rd floor occupied with 2 working professionals. There are pets (residing exclusively on the 3rd floor), 1 dog and 2 cats, so please keep reading if you're okay with that.
