Norfolk/House near airport, prefer military

I have 1 bedroom w/ 1 private bath available for a clean, respectful, quiet housemate. Military preferred 30's or older but open to options. I am not a partier, I dont smoke, drink, or do drugs. Im drama and attitude free -- looking for all the same traits in a house mate.

My house is a clean, nicely maintained and renovated mid-century single family home, 4 bedroom 2.5 ba. in a quiet, safe neighborhood near the airport (google Springmeadow Blvd.) with street or driveway parking. Pending a current roommate who will be leaving at the end of May, Im the only one who lives here besides a 2 yo cocker spaniel. Laundry, kitchen and all utilities and internet included. Dep. negotiable.

A couple things to highlight in order for this to be successful:

Let's respect each others quiet time, esp. on weekend mornings. I rarely have overnight guests. Lets discuss visitors in advance. Please be clean and clutter free. If you have a ton of stuff, you might need a storage unit. There is not a garage here, but I do have some outdoor storage. I have a clean house and don't like cleaning up behind someone. Other than that, Im very easy to get along with.
