Ideally, I am searching for someone who does not work from home, respectful, mature & mentally/emotionally healthy. I like a friendly roommate environment but also respect privacy and do my own thing: work long hours, attend church, workout, cook, watch movies, have a glass of wine sometimes, and in special occasions cook for my roommate and share some meals with neighbors.

I am currently seeking for a roommate to share a charming two-bedroom apartment in a desirable Culver City neighborhood. Situated in a gated fourplex, this ground-level unit boasts ample natural light, hardwood floors, ceiling fans, and a tranquil atmosphere. As the sole tenant, I am looking for a responsible individual to join me in creating a comfortable and respectful living environment.

The available room is spacious and includes two windows, a generous closet, and optional furnishings. We will share access to the kitchen, living room, bathroom, washer/dryer, and a beautifully landscaped gated front yard.

Rent Details:
- Monthly Rent: $1250 (utilities included) due on the 1st of each month
- Security Deposit: $1250
- Month-to-Month Lease Agreement with the Landlord (No cashier checks or money orders accepted)
- Standard Rental Application Process Applies

Landlord Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
- Steady job with a monthly income of at least $3500 (or additional deposit required)
- Proof of residency
- Credit score of 700+ (or additional deposit required) and background check
- Personal/work references

My Requirements:
- VERY Clean, health-conscious, considerate, POSITIVE, and respectful individual
- Maintain cleanliness in shared spaces, practice grooming, and general hygiene
- NO drama; prioritizing good mental health, must value a quiet family environment
- NO: pets, parties, addictions, drugs (including marijuana/vaping), smoking, or excessive drinking

To ensure a suitable match, I have implemented a screening process:
1. Contact me stating that you meet all requirements and pose any questions
2. Schedule a virtual meeting for initial introductions
3. Arrange an in-person tour of the apartment and neighborhood
4. Submit an application if interested
5. Review and approval of the best candidate takes a max of 5 days
6. Background check and application verification by landlord and myself
7. Sign contract and submit deposit to the landlord
8. Move in😍

😊My best references are my landlord and my previous roommates who are available to answer your questions. I keep a healthy relationship with all (3) after they moved out, and with all my neighbors after living here for 12+ years. My biggest character defect: BEING CLEAN! I am looking for people like me!
