Good Vibe - Professional Roommate Wanted

I have a room available for the right candidate! 1-bedroom with a decently-sized closet available for rent on the 2nd floor of a bright and sunny NE Fresno home. Rent includes utilities, Wi-Fi, and pool cleaning services. Street parking only. Four happy active people (including the owners) along with (indoor-outdoor) cats live in this beautiful 6-bedroom home, located near the Sugar Pine Trail of Willow and Shepherd Avenues. The home is kept clean at all times and is furnished. We keep a well-stocked omnivore kitchen, often food prepping for the purpose of sharing. The bedroom can come furnished w/ a brand-new mattress, or it can come un-furnished. There is a personal-sized fridge and washer and dryer available on-site. Daily, the vibe of the home is quiet and peaceful and we get along with our neighbors. Occasionally, we host a raging pool/patio/holiday party, but our average evening is pretty quiet after 9PM. Two bathrooms are shared between four people. It should be noted that there is minimal “extra” storage available and that smoking is not permitted indoors, though we do burn incense and candles. CEO of a local non-profit Mom and well-behaved teenaged son, plus two roommates: 1 male, 1 female. We are an active household, but the vibe of household is peaceful and not noisy. Lights out most nights is about 9-10pm. We all happen to be gym rats.
