House is a 1 story and 3000 sf , the room has and attach bath private.
The other room can be rented in addition for $ 700,- for an office or private living room etc.
That room is across from the 1 bed room.
You will be able too use the kicthen and family room.
Their is laundry in the house.
I don’t allowed out door shoes in the house.
It’s my culture too remove out door shoes and get in your indoor shoes in the house.
I am a bit OCD , like a clean house no clutter.
The house had an extensive remodel done in 2016 , with high end everything.

I don’t party og drink, glass of wine here and there.
I am gone often for long period of time.
The Neigbor hood is safe , you can walk too many great stores, grocery’s , movie theaters , restaurants. Starbucks etc.
