Private suite in Hillcrest condo

Hi! I'm an introvert, kind, respectful and enjoy having a peaceful home environment and looking for a housemate who's similar. My condo is in a gated community with a security guard. It's a beautiful complex with a European vibe with pool, hot tub, outdoor grill area, and gym. It's walking distance to great restaurants, cafes, shops, farmer's market, Trader Joe's, DMV, and post office! I don't have any pets at the moment though am planning to get a small quiet dog in the near future.

I'm looking for a female housemate who works full time outside of home. You would have your own private suite that comes furnished, that functions like your own studio though we would share a front entrance. It's a spacious master bedroom with hardwood floors and huge windows with lots of natural light. It has an en suite bathroom and large walk in closet. There's also an additional closet, so plenty of storage space. You'll also have your own TV, mini fridge and microwave. Bonus- super comfy Tuft and needle mattress! Great for someone who likes privacy. I'm only renting out the bedroom suite and keeping the rest of the condo private. Access to washer/dryer. No kitchen access. $165/month for utilities, plus 1 reserved, gated underground parking spot.
