SEEKING ROOMMATE FOR MASTER BEDROOM AVAILABLE AFTER 1/20

Hello! My name is Karoline I’m seeking a roommate to live with me and my brother.

You would be taking the master bedroom so you would have a full private bathroom.

The room is $1450 + utilities (split evenly).

APARTMENT FEATURES:

Full access to all common areas, the house has a backyard, central heating and AC, fireplace, in unit washer and dryer and plenty of parking on the street or driveway. We have two Fridges in the kitchen so you will also have a fridge just for you.

Me and my brother work full time so during the week days we are usually out working. We like to sometimes have friends over but nothing too crazy.

Roommate preferences:
No couples
We do not smoke and we ask that if you do, smoke is not permitted inside/outside the house.
No pets (sorry!)
Quiet after 10pm (we both wake up early in the morning for work)
We are okay with guests over as long as you let us know

We are pretty easy going and my main priority is to have a peaceful and respectful relationship.
