This is a great 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Villa centrally located for convenience to downtown Sarasota, close to the airport and everything else that Sarasota and Bradenton have to offer. We are looking for a tenant that will occupy one of the rooms in the Villa. The Villa is clean and updated with everything you would need. It is currently furnished for your convenience, however if you have your own furniture we can take ours out. You will have your own bedroom & bathroom as well as access to the common areas like the kitchen, dining room and living room. There is also a lanai (screened porch) that you will have access to as well.
There is a current tenant that is a family member of the owners. He is a quiet professional who tends to keep to himself and will give you your space. We would prefer to find someone who is a student, professional or even someone who needs a “corporate” rental due to frequent travel.
This is a quiet community with a community pool that you will have access to.
All bills are paid with the rent payment including: water, trash, electric, wifi and housekeeping.
