Looking for someone preferably a female, non-smoker, work professional who can stay long-term, responsible, clean, and respectful. The room come with one garage parking space and utilities are included (gas, electric, water, internet).

The room can fit a queen size bed and is located on the second floor of the house w/shared bathroom.
