Large, furnished master bedroom with private bath and spacious walk-in closet for rent for single occupancy in a 4 bedroom 3 ½ bath house at Turner’s Crossing in Buda (east of I35, off FM1327). The master bedroom is 13’6” x 15’4”. The master bathroom features double vanities and a spacious shower. A large walk-in closet is part of the master bedroom.

The house was built in 2022 and features a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, oven, gas stove, and toaster oven. The laundry room is equipped with full-sized washer and dryer. All utilities and Wi-Fi included. Common areas such as living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry room, driveway, covered patio, and on-street parking are shared spaces. Garage parking is available for an additional $100/month fee. 4

The two current, long-term tenants are both professionals. One of them is working from home and the other goes to the office. Each tenant has their private bathroom. We are only looking for one more tenant for the master bedroom. The maximum number of tenants will not be more than 3.
