Hey I'm Sam. I have a 2 BDR apartment with 1 BDR available now. Looking for someone who likes a chill, reasonably organized lifestyle and doesn't mind a roommate who primarily works from home.

2nd floor in a small apartment complex. Full kitchen with dishwasher and range stove. Shared building laundry room and gated entrance. You'd have your own bedroom (same dimensions as the one featured in the photo) with your own AC and mid-sized closet.

Bathroom is shared.

Location is great, 1 block south of Ventura Blvd off Beverly Glen. Walking distance from Whole Foods, Ralphs, restaurants like Mendocino Farms, Taco Bell, Indian, etc.

I'm pretty laid-back and work-focused. Big nerd for movies, TV, and video games. I believe in a reasonably clean apartment maintained with open communication. I work in film so my schedule can be a bit unpredictable, but I spend most of my downtime at home, unless I'm off on a travel job. I share a little dog named Dora with my ex. She'll be here half of the time. Sweet, quiet, and never has an accident. You'll love her. The dog, I mean.
