A large (13 x 12 feet) sun-filled furnished room is available in a 3-bedroom, 2 bath apartment on the Upper West Side, 2 blocks from the 110th street subway stop on the #1 line. Available as of June 1, 2024.

This is the largest room in the apartment. Available for 6- months to a year. Open to short term but will give priority to longer term.

The room is partially furnished has a full-size bed and desk, club chair for reading your favorite book. Two large SOUTH FACING windows bring in a lot of sunlight. A large wardrobe from IKEA also complements the room.

The apartment itself has a large sized kitchen. You'd share a bathroom with the other roommate since the other roomie has their own bathroom.

We are close to Columbia University, Teachers College, and City college. Walking distance to Riverside and Central Park for all you athletes! :) Lots of dining options. 5-min walk to 3 supermarkets (H-Mart, Garden of Eden and Westside Market).

Move in date, June 1st

About me: (female, 30 years) work for an education nonprofit, love nature, hiking, and organize social networking events throughout NYC for expats. Love animals and as a result ended up adopting a cat. She is a senior kitty so she sleeps most of the time.

Other roomie (male in his late 20's) works in Finance in FiDi (just moved here from London). He is social and easy going.
