My roommate will move out of the home due to her new job in Austin.

A little about me :

I grow up in NYC, moved to Texas about 5 years ago, I’m currently working as a software engineer at USAA. I’m the owner of the house. I love music & traveling.

It is a four-bedroom , three - bathroom house. The room has a private full bath. All the bedrooms are upstairs. I’m looking for one roommate. You will have two bed rooms and your own living room . Also there is a private indoor garage.

• Easy (quick!) access to I-10

The house is just few mins away from all everything (HEB, home depot, RIM, shopping center, restaurants, bars etc )

Rent: $1400

AC and heater are central, but there is a thermostat to adjust them in the living room & upstairs.
