Upstairs bedroom

Huge single family house on a quiet residential street with a ginormous bright and sunny private room for rent (it is semi-furnished; basically everything you need, except a bed...we can absolutely have a conversation about moving some of the stuff if you don't need it, but at the risk of sounding old, we will need your physical help to do that 💪👍) Engaged couple are the owners who live in the house with a small sleepy dog who goes by Noodle. 😂🐶Cannabis friendly but NOT a party house. Ideal candidates are 25+ year old MALES.
As mentioned, the bedroom is partially furnished with a large desk, a couple of bureaus, and a couple of small miscellaneous items.

There's a grassy side yard and a fenced in garden area out back, should you find that you possess a green thumb 👍 Giant Kitchen is always available for you to use; if there's room in the fridge for your food, you're more than welcome to store it there and we have a second supplementary fridge and freezer in the basement… There we have free onsite washer and dryer to make use of RESPONSIBLY. About the roomies
Owner grew up in this house and is friendly with the neighbors; definitely recognizing the value and rarity of such a safe and secure neighborhood. We are laid back and just try to stay grateful for what we have. We’ll always be fair and accommodating the best we can.
