Hi! We're a busy, fun-loving family with a suite available in our perfectly situated NE DC home. Walk, bike, or bus to Brookland Metro or Ft. Totten. Easy access to Catholic U, Hospital Center and downtown.

The 3 room private suite includes a bedroom, bathroom, and lounge with kitchenette. Your secure and semi-private entrance is via a shared laundry room, with (free!) access to washer /dryer available.

The suite is thoughtfully furnished with a twin-to-king bed, a clothing rack, drawers. The bathroom has a full tub. Kittenette consists of a sink alongside a fridge & freezer, cabinet, coffee maker, microwave and cooktop. Lounge includes table w/chairs, comfy butterfly seat, tv and stand.

Looking for a one-month minimum, open to shorter stays at $400/week + cleaning fee at move-out.

Utilities are included!

This is best suited for someone who works from an office or attends school, does not mind kids, (kids are sometimes loud, so be cool with that, too). Also note: kids get up and go to school early so in the mornings you may hear some of that. Ideally you don't mind cats, & dogs (and occasional pet sitting opportunities reduce rent if you are interested!)
