Large room that includes a mini fridge and microwave available in a four bedroom single-family home. You would share a bathroom with 2 males. You’d also share the common areas, a kitchen, sunroom, living room, dining room, laundry room and humongous backyard. All utilities paid including high speed Google Fiber internet.

All four roommates are very friendly, approachable and laid-back. Roommates are willing to socialize if you’d like otherwise, they would respect your privacy ,boundaries and alone time and would appreciate the same.
One roommate works from home, 1 is retired from the post office and the others have varying schedules.
**MUST KEEP YOUR BODY, ROOM AND COMMON AREAS CLEAN**.

Walmart is right across the street in addition to numerous restaurants, stores, gas stations, and other businesses. Ride KC bus stop 3 blocks away from the house.
The home is smoking friendly however must engage in it outside, sunroom, on the back patio or in your car.
