Airy, spacious and bright 2nd floor unit with a view of the Chase Park soccer field and walking/running track in Uptown. Hardwood floors. Laundry in basement. There is central air. Public transportation a few feet away on Ashland or Clark or Wilson. Listing is for a room rental - common space is bathroom, kitchen and dining room. There is street parking. Landlord has to approve new tenant and will require application to check credit/background (your application fee is $75). There is nonrefundable move-in fee charged by landlord $450. We will need one months rent for last month. Rent is $800. Lease will expire 8/31/24. No smoking (you can smoke outside, however). No pets. Due to the amount of people, no personal guests able to visit (but plenty of places to hang out nearby). Quiet time 10p-7a. Current residents are 2 males ages 23-30.
