Hardwood floors. Laundry in basement. There is central air. Public transportation a few feet away on Ashland or Clark or Wilson. Listing is for a room rental - common space is bathroom, kitchen and dining room. There is street parking. Landlord has to approve new tenant and will require application to check credit/background (your application fee is $75). There is nonrefundable move-in fee charged by landlord $450. Utilities included (except WIFI). Rent is $800 ($600 for the tiny bedroom 9x6 with what is barely passable as a closet :) )- one months rent also due for deposit. Lease will expire 8/31/24. No smoking (you can smoke outside, however). No pets. Due to the amount of people, no personal guests able to visit (but plenty of places to hang out nearby). Quiet time 10p-7a. Current residents are 2 males ages 23-30.
