I have an extra room and bath available to rent in a 2 Bed 2 Bath apartment in a high rise on South Beach/West Avenue. The room and bath are private and not shared.

Fully furnished: Queen bed, dresser, smart TV, lounge chair, desk - see the pics. Parking available for extra fee.

I live a very healthy life . Usually bed by 11am and up by 7am. Enjoy outside activities and hanging with friends and family. Reading, listening to music and working out - yoga, gym, etc.

Professionals preferred. Medical Students/Residents, IT Professionals, etc.
