We do have two cats living in the apartment with us. They both stay in the living room so if you have allergies this may not be the best situation for you, otherwise they are sweet funny cats who are delightful to be around and who’s litter box is cleaned regularly.

It's a 4 bedroom 2 bath apartment that is only a couple years old. Bathrooms will be shared, 2 persons per bathroom. We are among the second set of tenants to occupy the building.
In unit washer and dryer, nice kitchen, full bathrooms with showers, gated entrance, porch.

All tenants will split utilities.

Currently have 3 other tenants. All tenants will be added to the lease that's currently on a month to month. Security deposit is 1500$ due to the insecurity of renting out individual rooms. Landlord has returned all security deposits to all previous tenants so far. We all prioritize keeping the house clean and tidy so everyone can have a nice living space to come home too and cook. All 3 of us are in our mid to late twenties. No party's or loud events, we all work and use our home as a safe place to eat and sleep. We are kind, fun people who like to support and get along with each other like family and will appreciate anyone who is financially able to pay their part and clean up after themselves.
This apartment is brand new and an extremely great deal for the price. We are obligated to pay the full price if we don't fill the extra room so we would love to get someone in as soon as possible to help pay the 4th portion of the rent.
