Hi! I'm looking for someone who needs a room for rent and house share. I'm very friendly, respectful of others privacy and easy to get along with. I have one other roommate who is a 27 yr old male, works during the day, attends evening school classes and keeps to himself. Must be good with animals ~ He has a 2 yr old Golden Retriever and I have a 14 yr old cat.🐾
Private unfurnished bedroom with a large closet available and a shared hallway bathroom. You would have access to the kitchen, living room, backyard covered patio (smoking outside only), washer and dryer in garage, basic wifi for streaming movies and/or gaming.
Definitely looking for someone who is responsible, respectful, clean and friendly.
I will respect your privacy and property.
I am not asking for a deposit, but total rent for the month due on move in.
