Gated complex, easy street parking and own private bathroom. No smoking allowed in or around complex per landlord. Preferred students, but also looking for quiet, clean and respectful working professionals who keep to themselves as well. Bills will be split, and would need to fill out application from property management as well. No pets allowed, ESA’s only upon approval by landlord with proper documentation.
