The apt is in a 2-unit older house, and is away from the street (quieter), with a dutch door to a private deck, and a large, fenced-in container garden. You can garden, if you like.
Shared kitchen and bathroom, laundry room with washer and dryer.
The bathroom has cabinets and storage for two, shower and tub.

The available bedroom is 10’ x 12’, but it has that loft bed area, which you can use, OR put a bed on the floor. Bedroom has extra storage, and walk-in closet with large built-in shelves. There’s also more space room in the living room, you can expand into, for a home office, or whatever.
Small housetrained dog ok. No big dogs, please.

Rent is $1250/month plus $100 flat rate for all utilities (electric, gas, water, trash, recycling, wifi)
If you’ve been looking, you know it’s a very good deal for this entire area.

First and last month plus $300 cleaning deposit. Seeking one year housemate agreement, extendable.
Six month possible, but with higher deposit.
