I have one spacious Private Room for Rent in Pasadena. Convenient location near Old town Pasadena with lots of restaurants and shopping. Also it is close to Pasadena City College and Art Center College of Design. Spacious living room with two bathrooms to share. Currently there are 4 male tenants living in the house, and each have their own private room.

Current tenants are looking for one individual who is quiet, no party, no loud music, no drug and newly graduated professional/student to share the house with them.

Landlord will pay for water and trash and you will share the cost of electric and gas bill with your housemate. For each room, the move in cost is first month rent $700 + security deposit $700, so the total is $1,400 to move in.

Minimum one year lease is required

No application fee, but credit/criminal/eviction check might be required which you will pay a non refundable $38 through credit check website.
