Room for rent in Lakewood

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home and I am looking to rent out 1 bedroom for $850. There is a shared bathroom between yourself and Emily(other housemate), a kitchen, laundry, living room, and a massive yard. The place is only a 10min walk to the Sheridan train station, 20min from downtown and a 2min drive to get onto 6th Ave and head to the mountains. Sloan’s Lake is nearby, as well as grocery stores, restaurants and other shops.

The move-in date would be any time from May 15th.

We already have 1 dog so mainly looking for someone without a pet.

Looking for a respectful and mature professional who is clean, communicative, and friendly.

Housemates:
I am a software engineer, from Australia and just moved to Colorado 2 years ago. I am a chilled and easygoing guy and in my free time I play soccer, go running, always up for board games, or checking out new restaurants/bars/cool places. In summer I’ll be out in the mountains half the time hiking and in winter on the slopes snowboarding on the weekends.

Emily is the other housemate who is very easygoing as well. She is a home inspector, has a 5 year old dog that is friendly, likes to go snowboard and does plenty of outdoor activities.
