This charming 2-story house is ideally situated, just 12 minutes from downtown, 18 minutes from SAT airport, and 15 minutes from the iconic AT&T Center. Featuring one available rooms for rent and 2.5 bathrooms, one shared bathroom is designated for the other rooms, while the master room has its own private bathroom. Additionally, there is a half bathroom on the first floor. The room with shared bathroom access is priced at $675, while the master room with a private bathroom is already occupied by a roommate. If you prefer not to share a bathroom, you have the option to use the half bathroom downstairs. You’ll enjoy comfortable living with like-minded roommates. Cleanliness is a priority, and indoor smoking is not allowed (outdoor smoking is permitted). The rent of $675 includes all utilities (water, electricity, internet).

Note: The master room is already taken. One of the rooms that has access to the shared bathroom is also taken. Roommate that has access to shared bathroom is female so we would preferably want a female for this available room.
