The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, there’s on street parking and very close walking distance to public transportation, 2 restaurants, 1 pizza shop, 2 convenience stores, dry cleaning company, laundromat, public park and many other stores. The bus stop is a 3 minute walk and will take you to either Mattapan Square (10-15 minute ride), Forrest Hills Orange line train station (15 minute ride) or Dudley Station (25-30 ride). There’s also wireless internet throughout the apartment and the shared living room has a large TV with a Firestick to watch a wide variety of channels. There’s presently 3 professional individuals residing in three of the four bedrooms.

Washer and dryer is not available at this time but there is a laundromat within a 3 minute walk.
