Nice room available July Aug in Central Harlem NY

I live in my 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms apartment with my daughters who spend their summer vacation in France so their bedroom is free during this period.
I am looking for somebody interested in a short term stay in July and August.
The apartment is furnished. We will share the common areas, kitchen and living room.
There are two bathrooms in the apartment so we can dedicate a bathroom to each of us.
Rental price of $3000 is for a single person with no usage of air conditioning. In case you want to use the air-conditioning in your room, there will be a fee associated with it that we can determine together based on consumption.
If you are in couple, the cost will be $3500/month.
The apartment is well located, 2 steps from the subway station 116th on the 2/3 line (Red). Very close to central Park, Morningside Park and Columbia university.
The apartment is clean and (Almost) always in good order so I hope to find somebody with the same need on this.
