The living room already has a brown leather sofa, cocktail table, 65" tv, sliding glass doors to the front courtyard, entry into rest of house (with a rod and curtain for privacy) , a new memory foam mattress, an adjustable height new desk, a clothes closet in the hallway, and a shared hallway bathroom.
I am looking for another chill roommate, either a working professional or someone in university or doing university research. Typical housemates are UCSD researchers or grad students/post docs. The house is in the Bay Ho area so close to UCSD, USD , Beaches/ Everything in central San Diego and there is a trolley station below the house that most housemates just walk to or use the Rose Creek Bike Path that goes to UCSD.

THE HOUSE is very well decorated and outfitted with nice upscale but comfortable furnishings and everything else anyone could possibly need, ( really nice cooking utensils, and glassware , barware, plates, silverware ) and of course the views from the house are amazing day and night...at night it is breathtaking! I am looking for a roommate that communicates well and is chill and friendly and definitely neat and well organized.
In the past my roommates have all said that I am a great roommate. I make incredible meals/share food together everyday if you want.( your personal chef haha) I am looking for a roommate that is covid concerned even if vaccinated/boosted as I work with cancer patients, researchers and I am myself immune compromised from cancer treatments I had. Therefore just be responsible when going to indoor restaurants, bars, clubs , gyms, and try to go to the outside areas of restaurants, cafes, bars, and concerts ...I just ask that you take intelligent precautions such as wear a mask on the uber, trolley or bus. Plus you can have fun at home, invite other people over, or go out to beaches, hikes, work out at the home gym, etc. The house is in a great quiet neighborhood (basically only three cars on the street!) ) with easy access to getting anywhere. The new Rose Creek Bike Trail is below the house and the new trolly station is too!
There are two nice dens/ living rooms-lounge areas which then opens up to a great outdoor deck with a view of the bay/ocean. The house has a lot of windows everywhere so the views are everywhere including your bedroom! The patio is large and covered....like an additional room with outdoor sofa, chair, dining table , area rugs. Each den/living room have new 4k qled tvs. The patio has tropical plants ( there is indoor plants too!) The rest of the house has everything else needed including high speed wireless mess internet systems,( 500mbps) huge washer dryer( in garage) ; barbecue gas grill, two refrigerators, outdoor patio heater, and much more! l

ABOUT ME: I am an entrepreneur, but after I had to deal with cancer a few years ago I realized a need to help others and founded a local cancer charity and help raise money for cancer research. I am very social, I hang out with friends, go to the beach , love music and live music concerts and festivals, travel,...but careful with covid for a little while longer still. I work from home mostly and work out a lot with the home gym.

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR: A friendly, sociable, clean, communicative , responsible roommate that is either in school or a working professional. I am looking to have a nice friendly/family like vibe in the house. Someone that enjoys dinners together sometimes , if time allows. It is ok though it you are quiet and to yourself...all types are welcome!
