Convenience & a Breeze

This is a 4 bedroom apartment right next to the 405 on a secluded street in West L. A. / Brentwood area. We will take a short term stay as low as one day up to one month. There are 3 bathrooms, a full sized kitchen, washer/dryer. There are two balcony's and the rooms come furnished with a bed and living room is fully furnished. There is high speed internet and cable television. We are working class individuals who go to bed early and wake up early but no one wants to be your Dad. The place needs to stay tidy, there will be no cost for water, utilities, trash, sewer or cable and internet. The deposit will be refunded pending the room is cleaned when you leave.
