Looking for roommate to share 2-bedroom
Hello!
I am looking for a roommate to share a 2-bedroom apartment in the Newport Beach area (close to Fashion Island where I work).
Specifically, I have looked at Newport Bluffs Apartment Homes by Irvine Company. They have available 2-bedrooms with two private bathrooms for about $3500 per month we would share (we should both sign be on the lease), so rent is roughly $1750 a month.
Seems to be a better deal than paying about $2700 for a studio/1-bedroom in the same apartment complex.
I prefer my roommate to be a professional, like myself (I work in finance about 50-60 hours a week and I am in my mid 30s) - but of course happy to hang out when we are both up for it! Hope to hear from you soon so we can find a nice 2-bedroom to share!
