Messianic or Christian Roommate Wanted

I have a farmhouse themed home with a bedroom available. It’s furnished. There is a guest bath but it’s not connected to the room. This will be your private bathroom but it is also the guest bathroom when there is company. I live next to the Metro so you will hear trains as late as 9:30pm sometimes and as early as 7am. You get used to it. If you're a heavy sleeper, it shouldn't be too much of an issue. They don’t honk late at night as this is a quiet zone. I work from home so I’m here about 90% of the time. I have 3 birds that are free flight, meaning they are free in the house all the time. They stay in their room mostly when I’m not home but don’t worry - I keep my home clean. They’re pretty fun to have around.

Rent includes all utilities, use of tv and streaming apps, laundry room, kitchen and all dishes/dishwasher, and WiFi. I don’t drink, don’t smoke, and guys do not stay over. I’m conservative and live by biblical values. I also keep a kosher home so NO pork or shellfish. It would be month to month basis just in case it doesn’t work out for either of us.

It’s important that my home stays clean and if you contribute to something like the trash, you also contribute to the chores from that.

I prefer someone who does not work from home. I’m pretty easy going and easy to live with. I would love a friend instead of just a roommate. I love to travel and eat out, a lot! Looking forward to meeting you!
