Room in Williamsburg Condo for Rent

Hi there! I own a Duplex Condominium in Williamsburg and am renting out the second bedroom. It is really a beautiful condo (1300 SQFT) with multiple outdoor spaces. It is on the 4th floor walk-up so no elevator. The living room and kitchen are very large. There is also a washer and dryer.
The bedroom is big enough to fit a queen bed, and there is a non-connected bathroom that would be only for you (or any guests that might stay over). There is a second half-bathroom that can be used for guests that are visiting for the day and do not need a shower. There is also a full-sized closet.
The condo also has an office space that I use for the days when I work from home, and we can definitely discuss adding a second desk if you also would like a space to work from home! I also will be using this space to host friends and family and you can do the same if you want.
A bit about myself, I am a work full-time, 2 days a week in Chelsea. I work in music so sometimes I go to concerts and trips for my job. I really like having people over but not for parties, just to hang out. I have two cats but they are very chill and if you close your bedroom door they won't bother you at all. I am also a lesbian and would prefer a LGBTQ roommate.
I am looking for someone who is clean like me, especially in the kitchen. This is something I cannot negotiate on. You must be tidy and clean, such as putting dishes away within an hour of using them and etcetera. I am not ridiculously clean and I understand there is sometimes a mess that happens when you have a busy life. However, I like the living space to look nice. I am mostly picky about the kitchen being clean and don't mind a small amount of clutter in the living space.
I would love to have a roommate where we can be friendly and potentially have a friendship, but this is not necessary. I just think sometimes it is easier to have a roommate that you have a friendship with to work out any issues that could occur. I want you to feel comfortable having friends over and joining me if I have friends.
