I moved in and am looking for a roommate in a 2 Bed / 1 Bath! The apartment was just renovated with brand new vinyl luxury pine floors and stainless steel kitchen appliances (including an induction cooktop). It’s clean, spacious and full of light, with a large private outdoor patio that gets beautiful sun. The building is gated, has nice gardening, is quiet and full of kind, respectful neighbors. The neighborhood itself has several well-rated restaurants nearby covering American, French, Jamaican, Thai, Ethiopian, Mexican, and Italian cuisine. There’s a Ralphs two blocks away, and one of the cheaper gas stations I’ve seen conveniently located just three blocks away. Minutes from a brand new Amazon Fresh as well. The best part is, it’s only 11-15 minutes from the airport.

The bedroom is 11 by 11.5 ft (126.5 sq ft) + a large closet. The wifi router is located in that room, so you know you’ll always have impeccable wifi. The shared bathroom is clean and has shared storage space.

The living room and kitchen are fully equipped and furnished.

On-site laundry and all utilities included (electricity, heat, internet, and water).

I’m a woman, working marketing professional, in my late 20s, non-smoking, easy going, active, and social. I’m respectful of the space and like to keep it clean. I’m down for a good hang and also enjoy some personal time to myself.

12-month lease preferred, background check, and credit check to be completed in the process. Security deposit is $1495.
