You will be on a shared 12 MONTH lease with your roommates and you will need to be approved like you would any apartment lease, be ready to provide a tax return, proof of employment, bank statements, ID etc. *Note: You will only be responsible for your share of the rent

*All applicants must earn 40X the rent (about 42K annual income) and have a credit score minimum of 650*

WE ACCEPT GUARANTORS!!
(guarantors need to earn 80x rent and credit 660 or higher)

Room breakdown based on size :
1st room $1050 (Medium good for Full size bed)
2nd room $1075 (Medium good for Full size bed)
3rd room-Taken by young female professional
4th room-Taken by young male professional
