You will be sharing the large bathroom with another female. The house is located in West Hollywood near Plummer Park. Just down the street (15 min walking) you'll run into a Target, TJ’s, Whole Foods, bars, gyms and more!
Our house has a front patio, Permitted Parking (you’ll have access to a guest pass but you're also welcome to purchase a perm pass from the city), FREE W/D unit, Central AC and heat and the best part, my pup, Tonks! (unfortunately we cannot have any other pets)
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
I've lived in this neighborhood since I moved to LA and I'm just obsessed and truly feel at home here. My neighbors are also very friendly and we all look out for each other!
ABOUT YOU:
We’re only looking to live with someone who identifies as a Female, over 25 y. o. with a full-time professional job. Proof of income will be required from per the owner's request. I've enjoyed maintaining a friendly relationship with anyone I've lived with and would be more than happy to have you connect with past/current roommates as well.
