Room for rent

Please read carefully.....This is a 3-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of a two-family house. I am subleasing the 3rd bedroom, which is private with a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. The pictures show the room being used as extra/lounge room so it will be unfurnished upon renting. It has just recently been re-painted! The rental includes the following: utilities, internet, parking, and laundry. The only payment is the monthly rent of $1000. No couples, children, or pets allowed. This is best for a college student or a professional employee. Female preferred. The house, itself, is old but the apartment is really nice and moderately spacey. If you would like to see more pictures of the entire apartment or simply want to take a tour, please let me know! A 1-month security deposit is required. Background check required. Over-the-phone screening required. This is a month-to-month rental. I am open to different leasing terms which can be discussed upon interest.
