I’m trying to find a new roommate :)
I live in a nice apartment with great energy and zero bad vibes lol

Here are some qualities that I’d like my next roommate to have:

- You have to be clean and like to live in a clean space.
- You need to be ok with dogs, I have 3. one of them can be a little loud when he gets excited lol. But they’re all super friendly and loving.

I consider myself to be very respectful, understanding, and kind to others. And I’d like my next roommate to share these values as well.

Now the room:

Its a medium size bedroom with closet included + street window.
Simple apartment located in quiet and safe area in Bayside.
Neighbors are private and friendly.
Parking is not difficult to find, but in case you don’t have a car, the bus stop is 2 blocks away from the apartment.
We are close to Springfield blvd where you will find supermarkets, laundromats, pharmacy, nail salons, restaurants, and major highways.
