Rent exchange for light senior care & dog walking

Looking for a caring roommate to share our mom's condo. Mom has a part-time caregiver, but want someone to join her for daily walks, meals, puzzles/games, and conversation.

The ideal roommate is a middle-aged or older female who is responsible, caring, and enjoys spending time with seniors. We're open to someone with part-time employment, but prefer someone recently retired.

You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom. The living room, dining room, kitchen and outdoor terrace are shared.

We are offering rent exchange for basic prepared meals, snacks, dog walking, companionship and light senior care. This is a standard roommate agreement with basic daily tasks to be carried out.

The condo is located in downtown La Mesa and is close to everything, including public transportation, restaurants, shopping centers, and parks.
