I have a spare room in my 2 bedroom apartment with your name on it! Come check out one of Brooklyn's coolest neighborhoods, and enjoy the convenient location. We're blocks away from the Bedford Av. stop on the L train which means one stop away from Manhattan. Not to mention we're right by the water, and it's a 32 story building with roof access which makes for some amazing sunset views.

This neighborhood has great restaurants, bars, concert venues, movie theaters, bowling alleys, all kinds of stores, and the best slice of pizza in the city.

I'm a full-time student, and I work most nights so not much of a party animal. I'm also pretty neat and organized.

The room is fully furnished, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Utilities are included, and you have your own bathroom.

The building also has luxury amenities which include: all-season pool, full gym, basketball/volleyball court, movement studio, screening room, game room, and several WiFi-enabled work spaces. The space also hosts several free fitness classes.
